The finale of My Happy Marriage season 2 is finally almost ready for a global audience. Following some broadcast, and then streaming, delays, KADOKAWA confirmed that episodes 25 and 26 will stream around the world starting on April 25.
This comes after production delays that pushed the Japanese broadcast of the episodes to March 31 and April 9, respectively. The series is streaming globally via Netflix.
Here’s what KADOKAWA had to say in its announcement:
“Thank you for your continued support of My Happy Marriage Season 2.
We are happy to inform you that Episodes 25 and Episode 26 (last episode) will be available for global streaming on Netflix from April 25, 2025 (Friday) at 23:00 JST.
Both episodes will be released simultaneously.
We appreciate your patience and support.
We hope you enjoy the emotional conclusion to the season.”
My Happy Marriage season 2 first kicked off in January, following a 12-episode first season that aired starting in July 2023.
Here’s how Yen Press describes the light novels by Akumi Agitogi and Tsukiho Tsukioka:
Born to a noble family, Miyo is raised by her abusive stepmother and married off to Kiyoka, a soldier so heartless his prior fiancées fled within three days into their engagement. With no home to return to, Miyo slowly starts to open her heart to her cold and pale husband-to-be, despite their rocky introduction… This might just be her chance at finding true love and happiness.
